Movie Story

Everyone knows that growing up is hard, and life is no easier for high school junior Nadine (Hailee Steinfeld), who is already at peak awkwardness when her all-star older brother Darian (Blake Jenner) starts dating her best friend Krista (Haley Lu Richardson). All at once, Nadine feels more alone than ever, until the unexpected friendship of a thoughtful boy (Hayden Szeto) gives her a glimmer of hope that things just might not be so terrible after all.

Movie Review

4-1-2-stars

That saying is very true you are only young once and now a days kids have it so hard in school. It not like it use to be when we was in school.  The Edge of Seventeen makes you happy that you  are no longer a teenager and make you wonder what you child is going thru in school.

The Edge of Seventeen is a great coming of age comedy with a great story that will remind u of other films like it. This film had a great cast. Hailee Steinfeld did an outstanding job in main role and she should be look at come oscar time. and Woody Harrelson was also great as the teacher we all wish we had in high school.

Overall with all the big films coming out over thanksgiving is nice to have a smaller film that blows aways the big films this one film u don’t want to miss.
