Clint is known for his work portraying troubled and tormented characters, and humanizing them. He has appeared as the outlaw Tom Pickett in Vincent D’Onofrio’s feature ‘The Kid’ alongside Ethan Hawke and Dane DeHaan, the demon traveler in NBC’s ‘Midnight, Texas’ with Breeda Wool, and a narco patient brought back to life in NBC’s ‘The Night Shift’ with Ken Leung. He can be seen very soon as an ensemble cast member of Marco Perego’s feature film ‘Keyhole Garden’ with Zoe Saldana and Tom Waits, and in memorable roles in 2020 in Paul Greengrass’ feature film ‘News Of The World’ with Tom Hanks, and shows ‘Better Call Saul’, ‘Interrogation ‘, ‘Briarpatch’, and ‘Deputy’. He is also known as the producer, director, writer, and star of ‘Wayward Son’ Clint was born November 17th, 1981 in Lancaster, PA, to parents Allen and Susan Obenchain. He was shy and read books feverishly. He grew up in the working class, and married young. He began working at age 17 at UPS, followed by a series of manual labor jobs over the following years, including carpentry, mason tending, foundry work, landscaping, and farm work. At age 26, he suffered a mental breakdown after the death of his father and failure of his marriage, found himself unmoored and became a drifter, traveling haphazardly around the country on his bicycle. He lived that way for a year and returned home, somehow more broken than before. He met his future wife upon returning, and they fell in love despite Clint being broke, jobless, and staying on his mother’s couch. Clint soon went back to work. They welcomed their first child in 2010, and Clint said goodbye to hard labor and long hours. He devoted his time to being a stay-at-home dad. They hit the road not long after became nomadic, living in New Orleans, Tucson, and for a time in an old RV traveling the country. After welcoming their second child, they chose to move to Albuquerque, New Mexico, with dreams of working in the film industry. Clint was noticed immediately while working as background, and was featured often before given his first professional audition for a speaking role on the NBC show ‘The Night Shift’ just nine months later. He booked the role. He trains exclusively with Lora Cunningham at ABQ Actors Studio to learn acting for film and tv, and with Marie McMaster for audition technique. He has expanded his skill-set with learning several dialects, horseback riding, and firearms training and has begun combat training.
